Welcome to Soir ("the App," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using Soir, you ("you," "your," "User") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Soir.

By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.

2Purpose of the App

  • Soir is a platform that helps people connect for social events, dinners, and meetups.
  • It is not a dating app. The purpose of Soir is to facilitate community, group experiences, and shared activities — not romantic encounters.
  • We do not organize, vet, or supervise any meetups. All interactions, arrangements, and outcomes of events are solely between Users.

3User Responsibilities

Safety & Due Diligence:

You are fully responsible for ensuring your own safety at all times. It is your job to research, vet, and exercise caution regarding the individuals you choose to meet through the App.

Assumed Risk:

Any meeting, event, or interaction that takes place through Soir is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the behavior, actions, or conduct of any User.

Code of Conduct:

You agree not to use Soir for dating purposes, harassment, discrimination, illegal activity, or harmful behavior.

4Limitation of Liability

  • Soir is not liable for any injury, harm, loss, damage, or dispute that arises from use of the App or participation in any meetup arranged through it.
  • By using the App, you acknowledge that you assume all risks associated with meeting others.

5Content

  • Users may post information, event details, and personal content.
  • You retain ownership of your content but grant Soir a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your content as needed for the App's operation.
  • We may remove content that violates our guidelines or these Terms.

6Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the App, or engaged in harmful conduct.

7Disclaimer of Warranties

Soir is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free functionality, or safety of any meetup.

8Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Soir after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
